SPARE RIB MARINADE

Serves 6

 

INGREDIENTS

10-12 lamb chump chops

MARINADE

240 g jar Lee Kum Kee spare rib sauce

4 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon chilli sambal

¼ teaspoon sesame oil

½ tablespoon olive oil

 

METHOD

Grab a large glass or metal bowl, add all the marinade ingredients, and stir.

Pop in the lamb chops and, using your hands (I recommend using disposable gloves), give it a good mix, making sure to massage all the marinade into the lamb. Cover and allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.

Cook the lamb chops over medium-high heat on the BBQ for 3-5 minutes on each side or cook for longer if you prefer them well done.

Remove from the BBQ and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
