Serves 2 as a main or 4 as a side dish
1½ heaped tablespoons crème fraîche
1 tbsp sour cream
½  squeezed lemon
Half a handful roughly chopped capers
Handful fresh parsley
Dill to taste
1 tsp seeded mustard
5 large boiled potatoes peeled, boiled whole and cooled
½ cup of flaked smoked salmon


Mix crème fraîche, sour cream, mustard, lemon, capers, parsley and dill.

Chop your boiled potatoes into large cubes and gently toss through the salad dressing.

Flake in salmon and a little more dill, gently fold that through as to not break the potatoes.

Transfer to your serving plate and finish with salt and cracked pepper.
