RICE BALLS

INGREDIENTS

3 cups cooked rice

FILLING

Leftover honey soy chicken wings, shredded

Cucumber, sliced

 

METHOD

Wet your hands and place a heaped tablespoon of cooked rice into them and shape them into a half circle.

Pop some chicken and a slice of cucumber into the middle, then add another heaped tablespoon of rice on top. Wet your spare hand, and start to shape the rice into a ball (You can be quite firm when shaping it).

Place it on a plate and repeat the process.

There are endless options when it comes to the filling, so think of your favourite sushi mix. E.g., tuna and avocado.
