This cookbook is something else, not only are there incredibly delicious recipes (beef and apple rissoles are amazing 🤤) but the layout of the book, the photos, family recipes and tips unrelated to cooking – it’s feels as though you are reading some type of a family album. Kudos to you Emmylou, you have produced a fabulous book x
