VANILLA MILKSHAKE

Serves 2

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 ½ cups ice

1 frozen banana

2 scoops BONDI PROTEIN CO SLIM IT BLEND VANILLA    

½ cup vanilla bean Greek yoghurt

1 teaspoon maple syrup

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

 

METHOD

Add all the ingredients into the blender and blitz until it’s well combined. If you prefer it thicker then add more ice. Pour the milkshake into glasses and enjoy!
