THE CLASSIC OYSTER

INGREDIENTS

70ml white wine vinegar

85ml red wine vinegar

1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

Mix together the red and white vinegar in a bowl and add the chopped onion.

Spoon a tablespoon of the vinaigrette over each oyster.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
