SPECIAL K TROPICAL PARFAIT

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1 cup KELLOGG’S SPECIAL K
150g yoghurt of your choice
¼ cup of mixed fresh mango and kiwi fruit, finely diced
½ tablespoon coconut flakes, toasted
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
METHOD
In a large mason jar, spoon in 1/3 of the yoghurt, followed by half of the KELLOGG’S SPECIAL K and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients
Top with the finely diced mango, kiwi fruit, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
