COME AT ME SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

2 handfuls of mixed baby spinach and kale  (comes in a bag at the supermarket)
1 celery stick, chopped
Quarter lemon, skinned and de-seeded
1 small handful of frozen mango
Quarter of a banana
1 large handful of ice
1 cup coconut water (I highly recommend the Raw C brand)
Optional extras: Small bunch of fresh parsley, 4-5 fresh mint leaves  

METHOD

Put everything into a Nutribullet or blender.

Blend for a little while so it’s nice and smooth.  Add a little more water or ice if you prefer it thinner.

Gulp it down straight away and let the healthy vibes come at you!
