CHRISTMAS ZUPPA INGLESE ICE CREAM

Serves 6

Ingredients

2 litres vanilla ice cream (minus 1 cup)
4 Woolworths Fruit Mince Pies
1 cup thickened custard (store-bought or homemade)

Method

Soften ice cream for 5 mins.

Place in a large mixing bowl (minus 1 cup of ice cream).

Roughly chop your Woolworths Fruit Mince Pies.

Fold in chopped fruit mince pies and the custard.

Place back in the ice cream container, and set for a few hours in the freezer. Enjoy on its own or with some extra chopped Woolworths Fruit Mince Pies on the top!
