CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT ESPRESSO MARTINI
1 chilled martini glass
handful of ice
45 ml espresso coffee, chilled
45 ml BAILEYS ORIGINAL IRISH CREAM
30 ml Smirnoff vodka
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
dark chocolate shaved
Grab two small bowls and place some chocolate syrup in one, and desiccated coconut in the other. Dip the chilled martini into the chocolate syrup to coat the rim, then dip it into the desiccated coconut. Return the glass to the fridge until you are ready to use it.
Place ice, espresso coffee, BAILEYS ORIGINAL IRISH CREAM, vodka and chocolate syrup into a cocktail shaker and pop the lid on. Give it a good shake for 20 seconds, then pour it into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved dark chocolate. Serve immediately!
