200 g PRÉSIDENT DOUBLE BRIE wheel
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
¼ cup dried apricots
¼ cup walnuts
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place some baking paper onto a small cast iron pan or any small ovenproof dish you have. Place the unwrapped PRÉSIDENT DOUBLE BRIE wheel into the prepared pan and start to slit the top of the brie. Insert a slice of garlic into each slit, then place the pan into the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until slightly golden on top.
Meanwhile, place the dried apricots and walnuts into a food processor and blitz until it resembles a crumb. If you don’t have a food processor, then do it the old fashion way with a chopping board and sharp knife. Place in a little serving dish.
To serve, cut a wedge from the brie and watch to see all that yummy goodness ooze out. Serve with a fresh baguette and the apricot and walnut crumb.
