BAILEYS RUM AND RAISIN ESPRESSO MARTINI

Serves 1

 

INGREDIENTS

1 chilled martini glass

handful of ice

80 ml BAILEYS ESPRESSO CRÈME

40 ml dark rum

1 teaspoon chocolate syrup

GARNISH

whipped cream

rum and raisin chocolate shaved

 

METHOD

Place ice, BAILEYS ESPRESSO CRÈME, dark rum and chocolate syrup into a cocktail shaker and pop the lid on. Give it a good shake for 20 seconds, then pour it into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved rum and raisin chocolate. Serve immediately!
