BAILEYS CHOCOLATE EASTER COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

1 chilled martini glass

handful of ice

80 ml BAILEYS ORIGINAL IRISH CRÈME LIQUEUR

20 ml Captain Morgans spiced rum

1 teaspoon caramel syrup

GARNISH

shaved dark chocolate

METHOD

Place ice, BAILEYS ORIGINAL CRÈME LIQUEUR, spiced rum and caramel syrup into a cocktail shaker and pop the lid on.

Give it a good shake for 20 seconds, then pour it into the chilled martini glass.

Cut two thin strips of paper and place them across the glass to form a cross shape. Carefully shave the dark chocolate over the glass. Remove the paper and serve immediately!
