PULLED PORK SLIDERS

Serves 4

 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups PULLED PORK, heated

8 brioche slider buns, slightly heated and split

1 coleslaw packet mix

Jalapenos (optional)

Aioli

 

METHOD

Place the coleslaw mix into a mixing bowl and add the dressing. If it doesn’t come with one then add some coleslaw dressing, mayonnaise or aioli (whichever you have in the fridge) and give it a good mix.

Line the buns up on a board and spread a little aioli on the bottom halves. Now add the pulled pork and top with some coleslaw. Place the tops on, and secure them with a jalapeno and toothpick. It’s that easy!
